This is where you can find answers to questions you might have regarding 3 x Norrköping Dog Show.
Accommodation
The Himmelstalund camping site is located just next to the exhibition venue. They provide camping spots for caravans and motor homes, as well as cabins to rent. In Norrköping there are two Scandic hotels accepting dogs as guests, Scandic Hotell Nord and Scandic Hotell City. Accompanying dog
Dog not entered to the exhibition is allowed, provided it is over 4 months of age and has a valid vaccination certificate to show at the entrance.
Camping
Camping at the exhibition area is strictly prohibited!
The Himmelstalund Sports Field is owned by Norrköping city and it is not allowed to camp using neither tent, caravan nor motor home. Please park your caravan or motor home during the day at the assigned parking lot.
Please note! Parking your caravan or motor home overnight may result in a fine.
Putting up cribs, chairs, sun shades etc. at the parking lot is not allowed.

Cash
There is no cash machine at the exhibition venue. Most shops within the areas, as well as entrances, Information desk and Prizes & Rosettes accept card payment.
The parking lot accept cash or swish payment.
Catalogue
Catalogue can be purchased at the entrances and at the Information desk.

Change of Judge
If an announced reserve judge replaces the original judge, entry fees will not be refunded. If the new judge was not announced as a reserve judge, you can request your entry fee back. A cost of SEK40 per dog will be charged to cover our administration costs. How to request your entry fee back is explained in the exhibition confirmation/ring card you have received.
Deworming
The deworming stamp in your dog's passport can be acquired free of charge. Contact the veterinary control at either entrance between 8 am to 11 am, or at the Information desk between 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Bring your own tablets.
Disabled parking
The parking lot (cars only) is located close to the unloading area at entrance A. A valid disabled parking permit is required.
Dog keeping
Dog may not be kept in such way it can come to any harm. This applies to keeping the dog in car, cage, tent, etc.
Entrance
There are 3 entrances; A, B and C. The entrances open at 7.30 am. Entrance C is closest to the camping site.
Entrance fees
The ring card is your entry ticket (only applicable on the day the dog is entered). Entry fees according to list below.
Adult: SEK 70 – 3-day ticket SEK 160.
Member or SHU-member: SEK 50 – 3-day ticket SEK 120.
Family (1-2 adults + 1-3 children): SEK 200 – 3-day ticket SEK 500.
Children below the age of 12, SHU-member under 18 free of charge.
Cash, card or swish payment is accepted.
Exhibition area
The exhibition takes place outdoors, on grass, regardless of the weather.
Finals
Starts approximately at 3 pm. The schedule is available in the exhibition catalogue, where information about who is judging which final is listed.
Food stand
A food stand serving minor lunches, ice cream, coffee, sausage & bread, sandwiches etc. is available within the exhibition area. Both cash and card payment is accepted.
ID-number verification
The veterinary and show committee randomly select dogs for ID-number verification. This is performed at the entrances, exhibition area and in the show rings. The vaccination certificate is also to be provided at this point. Dog whose ID-number does not match the certificate will be removed from the venue and any show results will be deleted.

Information desk
ÖKK's Information Desk is found along the tarmac path within the exhibition area. We can help you with questions regarding the exhibition, provide a new ring card, get in contact with the show committee or veterinary, translate your dog's critique, look for lost things etc.
You can also buy for example exhibition catalogue, ring card holder, show regulations, lottery tickets, books, etc.
Both cash and card payment is accepted.
The Information desk is open between 7.30 am and approximately 4 pm.

Muzzle
Dog wearing a muzzle will not be allowed at the exhibition area.
Ring card
When entering your dog, you can select to receive the ring card via email or regular post service.
The ring card is delivered approximately one week before the exhibition. If you have forgotten your ring card or have been unable to print it out, a new one will be provided for you at the exhibition. Show the email containing your ring card by using your mobile or tablet at the entrances or information desk.
Wear your ring card clearly visible in the show ring.
Parking
Parking hosts will guide you to your parking. Please respect their directions.

3-day ticket: SEK 120
Photographing
Photographing will take place at the exhibition area. The photographs will be published on ÖKK's website, Facebook and Instagram.
Pre-paid catalogue/parking
When entering your dog to the exhibition, you have the possibility to pay for catalogue and parking.
On the ring card, you find a coupon stating that payment has been made. Please give the coupon to the parking host/entrance staff. The coupon also holds information about catalogue number, which will be checked by the staff.
Please note: If you have requested your entry confirmation via email, you must print your ring card to receive the coupon for parking fee/catalogue.
Prizes & Rosettes
ÖKK's Prizes & Rosettes is found along the tarmac path within the exhibition area. Bring your dog's critique and you can purchase nice rosettes and/or collect the prizes your dog has won.

Puppies
Puppies under the age of 4 months are not allowed in to the exhibition area!
Rosettes
Rosettes awarded for BOB/BOS puppy, BOB veteran and BOB/BOS are handed out in the show ring. Bring your dog's critique to Prizes & Rosettes and you can receive a rosette for CC, reserve-CC, CACIB, reserve-CACIB, and Champion free of charge.
You can also purchase rosettes in different shapes, sizes and price range.
Both cash and card payment is accepted.

Schedule/Show rings list
In the list of show rings you receive together with the ring card, you can see a list of all the show rings. This list holds information about which time judging starts, starting order and number of dogs entered for each breed in the ring. The judge judges around 15-25 dogs per hour. This can be used as a guideline when you calculate your own dogs turn.
Please be at the ringside in due time before the judging starts.
Show committee
The show committee consist of three members. The show committee is responsible for the show being held in accordance with applicable regulations. If you need to come in contact with the show committee, please contact the Information desk.
Show tent
Show tents may not be placed closer than 2 m from ring side. Please respect the marked tent-free zones – they exist for safety reasons as well as increasing the accessibility for exhibitioner, visitor and staff.
Be sure to place the tents in a way which facilitates for other exhibitioners also.
Tents can be put up from 1.30 pm, Friday before the exhibition starts, and from 7.30 am exhibition days.
The gates will be locked at 6 pm on Friday and approximately 30 minutes after the finals on exhibition days.
After the gates are closed, there is a possibility to enter the exhibition area via entrance A, where you will have to await assistance from the security officer.
No one will be allowed in to the exhibition area after 9.30 pm.
Please note! No cars are allowed in to the exhibition area!
Smoking
Please do not smoke close to the tents, due to fire hazard. Remove yourself from the tent area while smoking. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Remember; children and youths will be playing football on these fields afterwards.
Trash bins are available at each ring.
Sponsors
The exhibition main sponsors are Agria Animal Insurance, FourFriends and Monomak AB. They are all possible to meet at their respective stand along the tarmac path.
Toilets
Privies will be placed inside the exhibition areas, see ring map. Water closet can be found in the basement of Himmelstalund Fair Hall, next to the unloading area.
A privy adapted for disability is available next to the staff tent, at the right from entrance A.
Unloading area
The unloading area is located at entrance A. You can make a brief stop and unload your vehicle. ÖKK's staff will guard your unloaded belongings while you park your vehicle at the parking lot and return to the unloading area.
Vaccination check
All dogs must pass the vaccination check in the entrance. The dogs must be vaccinated in accordance with SKK rules.
Dog with no vaccination certificate will not be allowed in to the exhibition area. The vaccination certificate can be checked at the Information desk, Friday between 14 pm and 18 pm. After validating the vaccination certificate, the ring card is marked. The ring card is then valid as vaccination certificate when arriving to the vaccination check at the entrance the following days.
Veterinary control
The veterinary will randomly select dogs to be examined. This can be performed both at the entrances as well as the exhibition area. The veterinary has the right to turn down any dog showing signs of illness and/or vermin.
The veterinary is available during the entire exhibition day. In case of sick/injured dog, please contact the Information desk.
